Memberships
Memberships support multi-tiered organizations, including governing bodies, clubs, judges, and athletes.
- Entity Support: Can be issued to both individuals (people) and partner organizations.
- Member Management: Provides a dedicated member overview with full export capabilities
- Custom Creation: Membership creation currently requires a custom manual request.
Example Use Case:
An International Federation (IF) issues memberships to its National Federations (NFs). This allows the IF to oversee all member NFs and their associated events. Additionally, the IF can purchase a bundled package for its NFs, granting them e.g. free access to premium features like live scoring for the season.
Request to become a member of a parent organization
1Go into your organization and click the Membership Tab
2Go to Parent Organization Tab and click '+ Add'
3Search for your Parent Organization
4A director of the parent organization now needs to accept your request

Members of the parent organization can now see your organization info, events, staff members and results.
Licenses
Licenses define an entity's status, rights, and fees within an organization. They manage access control and can automatically trigger membership rights (like voting) in higher-level organizations like NFs or IFs.
